You face Kith'ix alongside Lady Liadrin. Collecting her motes of light grants Light's Embrace, reducing damage from Extinguish. Kill aqir before Suffocating Darkness empowers them; healers clear Abyssal Grasp's absorb, while tanks separate the boss from adds protected by Commanding Presence and swap for Dark Devastation.
At 25%, Eightfold Eclipse turns the fight into a final damage race. On self-play you get your assignment before the pull; the calls are ours. Ability names are PTR data and may change before release.
Kith'ix Rewards — Ascendant Venomstones and the Great Vault
After you unlock Ascendant Venomstone collection through Orin's quest and research, Heroic and Mythic raid kills provide stones for further upgrades. Ten stones upgrade a fully upgraded Season 2 Hero or Myth weapon, trinket or necklace, or a highest-quality Tidal Crafted equivalent.

What item level is the loot?

Can you farm a specific trinket?
