Diablo 4 boss materials are the keys that open lair boss fights, and here you buy 1 to 250 of them for the boss you choose. Urivar sits at the cheap end of the list and Mephisto, with his Crux, at the top. The trade starts about 15 minutes after the order.

Choose the Realm first, then the Boss. Each boss entry already names its key, so the tier is set for you. The Keys slider runs from 1 to 250. The Crux of the False Prophet costs the most per key, the Superior Lair Key for Belial comes next, and regular Lair Keys are the lowest. Hardcore realms cost more than Softcore.

Speed is Standard or Express delivery, which puts your trade first for an extra charge. With Standard you can add Extra gold to the same handover.

What Is the Boss Material System in Diablo 4?

In today's Diablo 4, boss materials means keys. The old piles of summoning items are gone, and each lair boss asks for one key of the matching tier. You fight these bosses on Torment. Each kill is a roll on that boss's loot table, Uniques and Mythic chances included.

Buy keys and you skip the slow part of boss farming. The annoying part is the ladder. Regular Lair Keys drop from normal endgame play. The Greater ones come from killing lower bosses first, and the higher keys are rarer still. Chasing one Mephisto kill can mean a dozen fights you never cared about.

Buying Keys: How the Trade Works

Pick the realm, the boss and the number of keys, and pay. Our trader adds you in game and hands the keys over in one session that usually takes under 15 minutes. Very large stacks can come in more than one trade window.

Self Play is the default here: you log in and accept the trade yourself. Piloted and Remote Control exist on the card as well, for when you want our trader to collect the keys on your hero while you are away.

Keys or a Boss Carry?

Keys suit players whose build already kills the boss and who only lack the summons. A key stack is not a boost in itself, since you still fight every kill. If the fight itself is the problem, a carry is the better order: the Belial boost and the Harbinger of Hatred kill handle the fight for you. Every boss service is listed under Diablo 4 bosses.

Good to know: a key opens a kill only on the realm it was traded on, and a boss carry follows the same rule. Seasonal keys do not cross to Eternal, so check which hero you will farm on before checkout.
