2. What we are

FrostyBoost OÜ runs frostyboost.com, a marketplace where players order game services from independent, verified boosters. We set the service descriptions and prices, take the payment, assign each order to the best-rated booster available and oversee it until the buyer confirms the result.

3. Boosters

Boosters are independent players who pass our application and verification process before they get orders. They work under our service rules: they agree access only in the private order chat, report progress there and close every order with a screenshot of the result. Their rating comes from finished orders, buyer reviews and on-time delivery, and it decides who gets the next order.

4. Payment protection

The buyer's payment is held by FrostyBoost while the order runs. The booster is paid only after the buyer confirms the result, or after the 72-hour check period ends without a complaint. If the service is not delivered as ordered, the buyer gets the missing part done or refunded under our refund policy.

5. No software

All services are played by people. FrostyBoost does not use or supply bots, scripts, macros or any software that changes a game.

6. Trademarks

All game titles, logos, characters, items and other trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners. FrostyBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Grinding Gear Games, Embark Studios, Roblox Corporation or any other publisher. Names are used only to describe the services we offer.
