Frostyboost operates strictly as a neutral digital coordination and mediation platform connecting players seeking lawful gameplay assistance with independent service participants. Frostyboost does not participate in the gaming process of any supported online titles and does not engage in gameplay on behalf of any party.

Frostyboost does not own, operate, manage, direct, alter, influence, or interfere with game mechanics, gameplay flow, matchmaking, progression systems, or publisher-owned environments.

2. No Involvement in Gameplay

Frostyboost:

• Does not log into player accounts.

• Does not execute in‑game actions.

• Does not perform leveling, raiding, PvP ranking, gear acquisition, or similar gameplay functions.

• Does not provide automation, scripts, macros, bots, or game‑altering software.

All gameplay interactions, character actions, session decisions, and in‑game performance are executed exclusively by independent participants acting under their own separate license agreements with the game publishers.

3. No Contractual Relationship with Game Publishers

Frostyboost is not a contractual party to any End User License Agreement (EULA), Terms of Service (ToS), or Game Access Agreement issued by any online game publisher.

Such agreements are exclusively concluded between the natural player and the game publisher/platform. Therefore, publisher EULA and ToS restrictions do not bind Frostyboost, as Frostyboost does not:

• operate a game client,

• enter online worlds,

• execute software installation,

• access secured game environments.

4. Intellectual Property Recognition

All logos, trademarks, game imagery, publisher assets, design components, characters, factions, narrative worlds, visual models, and intellectual properties referenced by name on Frostyboost belong exclusively to their respective owners.

Frostyboost:

• does not claim ownership of any third‑party IP.

• uses references only for nominative identification and informational clarity.

• does not reuse, copy, edit, replicate, or redistribute protected visual game assets.

5. Platform Role Definition

Frostyboost exists solely to:

• coordinate scheduling between independent participants,

• facilitate secure communication,

• mediate transactional expectations,

• provide organizational support ensuring fairness and safety.

Frostyboost is not the beneficiary of any gameplay outcome and does not commercially exploit publisher content.

6. Absence of Game Impact

Frostyboost does not:

• alter competitive ladders,

• impact matchmaking structures,

• manipulate PvP/PvE outcomes,

• interfere with designed in‑game challenges,

• influence organic game economy behaviors.

7. No Software Interaction

Frostyboost does not:

• install game clients,

• run executable publisher systems,

• modify game code,

• redistribute game software.

Frostyboost never circumvents security protocols, anti‑cheat systems, or integrity enforcement frameworks.

8. Third‑Party Platform Neutrality

Frostyboost is legally and functionally independent from all referenced gaming titles. No partnership, endorsement, authorization, or affiliation is expressed or implied.

9. Liability & Assurance Role

Frostyboost functions as a guarantor between the client (service requester) and the independent participant (service provider). Our role includes:

• verifying agreed conditions between both parties,

• overseeing communication clarity,

• ensuring fair execution of arrangements,

• monitoring fulfillment of mutually defined expectations.

Frostyboost additionally guarantees that no payment is released to the independent participant (service provider) until the client confirms full and satisfactory completion of the agreed service scope. Funds remain securely held in a protected escrow state until confirmation by the client.

Only after the client provides explicit approval that the agreed objectives have been met in full, Frostyboost authorizes settlement and release of funds to the independent participant.

Frostyboost guarantees organizational integrity of the interaction but does not enter the gameplay process or execute in‑game actions. All gameplay performance remains solely under the responsibility of the executing independent participant.

10. No Transfer of Rights

User engagement with Frostyboost does not transfer ownership, sublicense permissions, or grant usage rights over any publisher IP.

11. Final Statement

Frostyboost operates strictly as a lawful digital mediation platform. All references to games, items, expansions, titles, components, or worlds remain the exclusive property of their rightful trademark owners.
