World of Warcraft: Forever launches on November 4, 2026, with a permanent level 60 cap. Classic Plus Character Boost for Class Quests
Some of the most wanted rewards in World of Warcraft: Forever sit at the end of class questlines. Paladins get a level 60 charger questline of their own: Redemption on the Alliance and Retribution for Forsaken Paladins on the Horde. With Undead Paladins new to the Horde, Retribution is one of the first long quests many Horde players will want done.
Class questlines usually include group steps and elite enemies, which is exactly where a solo character gets stuck. A Classic Plus character boost completes the chain with you or for you, and the reward stays on the character. Blizzard has not published the steps of these questlines or details for other classes yet; they are added here as soon as they are official.
WoW Forever Character Boost and the Legacy System
The Legacy system is account-wide. Progress on your characters unlocks bonuses for the next ones, so a second character climbs faster than the first. In the pre-release build it works like this:

WoW Forever Character Boost for Alts
A permanent world and an account-wide Legacy system make alts worth playing in WoW Forever. The first character earns the milestones, and every character after it starts with the perks those milestones unlock. A second character is also where many players try something new — a different faction, a different role or a class they never played.
A character boost for an alt follows the same plan as the first character, adjusted for what the account has already unlocked. Legacy milestones the account already has do not need to be earned again, so the plan focuses on the goals that still pay off.
Character Boost for Skyborne and New Race and Class Combinations
Many players will start WoW Forever with a character they could not make before: a Skyborne, the new neutral elven race that starts on Zephras Isle, or one of the six new race and class combinations shown at BlizzCon — Human Hunter, Dwarf Shaman and Gnome Priest on the Alliance, and Orc Mage, Troll Warlock and Undead Paladin on the Horde.
A WoW Forever character boost works for all of them. An Undead Paladin can have its Retribution questline done, a Skyborne Druid or Shaman can have its goals completed while you play another character, and every milestone counts toward the same Legacy account.
