With a WoW Forever Skinning boost, your character hunts through beasts of rising difficulty until the skill reaches the value you want, 300 at most. The full range takes about 1–2 days, and every piece of leather, hide and scale from the route stays with your character. On its own, the skinning order begins around one week after November 4.

What Is Skinning in WoW Forever?

A skinning knife turns every dead beast into raw material. Wolves and boars give light leather in the starting zones; later, tougher animals such as raptors and basilisks give heavier hides and scales, and only a higher skill can work them. The profession uses one primary slot and stops at 300 in WoW Forever.

Of the three gathering trades it fits leveling most naturally. Characters kill beasts on nearly every quest route, so a skinner earns materials from fights that happen anyway, and Leatherworking turns those materials into armor, armor kits and hunter quivers.

A Skinning Carry Next to Leveling

Because the skill follows kills, the most efficient time to raise it is while leveling, which is why many buyers add it to a powerleveling order. Bought separately, the booster hunts in zones where every corpse still gives skill points, moving up as the skill climbs, and stops when your target is reached.

Time and Results

About 1–2 days for 1–300, less for partial ranges. Your current skill is the starting point of the slider, so finished ranks cost nothing. All leather from the route belongs to you, a ready supply for Leatherworking or a steady seller on a young economy.

Buy the skinning boost separately when your character is already leveled, or tie it to a leveling order. The higher tiers come from beasts in dangerous zones, which our booster handles without slowing down, so even the rugged leather near the top arrives in quantity.

When the Order Starts

Standalone orders open about a week after November 4, 2026; inside WoW Forever powerleveling the skill rises from day one. The best-rated booster for professions plays Piloted or by Remote Control and finishes with a screenshot.
