A Diablo 4 Altars of Lilith boost collects every altar in the regions you select, so the permanent bonuses apply to all characters in that game mode. The base map holds 160 altars across five regions, plus the Nahantu collectibles from Vessel of Hatred. Work begins shortly after you pay, as soon as the best-rated booster has your order.

Tick the regions you want in Additional Options. Nahantu is included in every order; Dry Steppes, Fractured Peaks, Hawezar, Kehjistan and Scosglen each cost extra, so a full map is the largest order.

Tell us in the order notes whether the collection is for Softcore or Hardcore, because altar bonuses count separately in each mode.

What Is an Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4?

Altars of Lilith are statues hidden across the open world of Sanctuary. The first time any character touches one, the account gets a permanent bonus in that game mode: core stats, extra Paragon points or more Murmuring Obol capacity. Every alt and every new seasonal character starts with these bonuses, and they do not reset when a season ends.

The catch is the hunt. All altars sit in the overworld, often on ledges and in corners off the main paths, and finding the last ones in a region takes longer than the first fifty. That is why players buy the collection once and keep the reward for good. For anyone who plays every season, it is one of the few purchases that keeps paying off on each new character.

Pick only the regions you have not finished, or all of them for a fresh account. The booster follows a fixed route through each region, so nothing gets missed. Altars you already found are simply passed on the way, and nothing on your account is reset or changed apart from the new altars.

How Long the Altars Carry Takes

A player hunting on their own often spends 6 hours or more on the base map. Our boosters know the routes, so a single region is a short session and a full collection is usually finished within a day. The order is played Piloted or by Remote Control, and you get a screenshot of the completed map when the booster closes it.

What to Buy Next After the Altars

The altars raise every character's starting power, so they pair well with a Diablo 4 power leveling order for a new character. Extra Paragon points are most useful once you reach the board, where a Paragon boost takes over. All progression services are on the Diablo 4 leveling page.

Do altars count for Hardcore too?
