All referenced trademarks, game titles, logos, IP assets, and universe elements remain the exclusive property of their respective owners.

Frostyboost:

• is not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, or associated with Blizzard Entertainment or any other publisher,

• uses game references solely for descriptive identification.

4. Communication Consent

By interacting with Frostyboost, you authorize communication via:

• email,

• Discord,

• site chat,

• other official channels.

Electronic communication constitutes valid notice.

5. Right to Refuse Engagement

Frostyboost reserves the right to decline coordination requests without obligation to provide justification. Abusive, defamatory, threatening, or fraudulent conduct will result in immediate access termination.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years unless parental consent is verified.

6. Payments

All payments must be made through authorized channels displayed on the website. You are responsible for ensuring:

• accurate billing information,

• timely communication,

• prevention of unauthorized access to your accounts.

7. Virtual Delivery & Platform Scope

All coordination services are delivered digitally only. No physical products or in‑game items are sold or transferred by Frostyboost.

8. Identity Verification

• account sanctions.

Frostyboost may assist in communication mediation but does not guarantee resolution outcomes.

12. Conduct & Dispute Standard

Users must remain respectful in all interactions. Frostyboost may restrict access due to harassment, personal threats, defamation, chargeback abuse, or fraud-related behavior.

Frostyboost functions as a neutral mediator only and is not a party to transactional disputes between clients and independent participants.

13. Escrow & Payment Release Terms

Frostyboost holds funds in a coordinated, non‑interest financial queue until the client confirms satisfactory completion of the agreed scope.

Independent participants do not receive funds until:

• the client confirms completion,

• Frostyboost validates scope alignment.

If the client fails to confirm completion within a reasonable verification window, Frostyboost may issue a status inquiry before authorizing payout.

14. Delivery Confirmation Window

Clients agree to:

• respond to completion confirmation requests within the timeframe communicated by Frostyboost,

• submit any objections with supporting communication evidence.

Failure to submit objections within the stated period may classify the service as completed and authorize payout.

15. Amendments to Service Schedules

Service timing may vary depending on:

• independent participant availability,

• platform queue load,

• publisher server access conditions.

All timelines listed on the site are non‑binding operational estimates.

16. Refund & Chargeback Position

Clients agree to:

• avoid unauthorized chargebacks,

• pursue refund resolution through Frostyboost support channels.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• account access restriction,

• collection of documentation for dispute reply,

• suspension of mediation privileges.

17. Legal Non‑Affiliation

Frostyboost is not endorsed, affiliated, partnered, or associated with any game publisher. All game titles and trademarks remain property of their respective owners.

18. Disclaimer of Performance Guarantee

Frostyboost does not:

• influence in‑game mechanics,

• guarantee publisher account outcomes,

• assure competitive ranking results.

Independent participants operate under their own publisher agreements.

19. Working Hours

Frostyboost operational availability: 24/7, Monday–Sunday.

20. Governing Language

In case of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
