1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and FrostyBoost OÜ, the company that runs frostyboost.com ("FrostyBoost", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What FrostyBoost does

FrostyBoost is a marketplace for game services. You choose a service and its options, pay, and we assign the order to an independent, verified booster from our team — the best-rated booster available for that service. Rating is earned through finished orders, buyer reviews and on-time delivery. The booster performs the service; FrostyBoost runs the platform, holds the payment, watches every order and settles disputes.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. Keep your login details private; you are responsible for activity on your FrostyBoost account. We may ask you to confirm your email or identity when a payment or a refund needs it.

4. Orders and prices

The price shown in the calculator when you pay is the final price of the order. Discounts — promo codes, loyalty — are applied before payment and shown in your cart. Services marked out of stock or upcoming cannot be paid until they open.

5. Payment

You pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, crypto or your FrostyBoost balance, through the payment providers shown at checkout. FrostyBoost does not see or store your full card details. The booster is paid only after the order is confirmed.

6. How an order runs

After payment the order appears in your account with its own chat. The assigned booster usually accepts it within 15 minutes and agrees the start with you in the chat. Depending on the service and your choice, the order runs Piloted (the booster plays your character), Self Play (you play together with the booster's team) or Remote Control (the booster plays on your own computer). Never share passwords in public channels; access details are agreed only in your private order chat.

7. Completion and confirmation

When the service is done, the booster attaches a screenshot of the result and marks the order complete. You have 72 hours to confirm it or to tell us what is missing. If you do not reply in that time, the order is confirmed automatically and the booster is paid.

8. Estimated times

The times on each service are estimates based on our recent orders. Game maintenance, server downtime or your own availability can move them. If an order runs past twice its estimate, the refund policy gives you the right to a partial refund.

9. Refunds

Refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy: a full refund before the work starts, and a partial refund for undelivered work when an order runs late.

10. Loyalty and balance

Once your paid orders reach $3,000 in total, every next order is 7% cheaper automatically. Money on your FrostyBoost balance can be spent on any service; welcome and referral credits cannot be withdrawn as cash.

11. Conduct

Treat boosters and staff with respect. We may refuse an order or close an account for abuse, threats, fraud, or chargebacks opened in bad faith. Do not contact boosters outside the platform to arrange orders privately.

12. Liability

We are responsible for delivering the service you paid for, as described on its page, or refunding it under the refund policy. We are not responsible for decisions taken by game publishers or platforms on their own services, for losses caused by information you gave us that was wrong, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Trademarks

Game names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners. FrostyBoost is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Grinding Gear Games, Embark Studios, Roblox Corporation or any other publisher. We use game names only to describe our services.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; orders already paid keep the terms that applied when you paid.

15. Law and language

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without affecting the consumer rights of your country of residence. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
