1. Who is responsible

FrostyBoost OÜ is the controller of personal data collected on frostyboost.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: email, name you choose, Discord username and BattleTag if you give them.
• Order data: services, options, game details you enter (character, realm, notes), order chat messages and completion screenshots.
• Payment data: amount, method and status. Card details are processed by the payment provider; we never see the full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, used for security and to measure how the site is used.

3. Why we use it

• To run your orders: assign a booster, keep the order chat, send order emails (contract).
• To take payments, prevent fraud and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
• To measure visits and purchases and improve the site (legitimate interest; analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent where the law requires it).
• To send news and offers, if you agreed; every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

4. Who receives it

The booster assigned to your order sees what they need to deliver it: your game details and the order chat. Payment providers, hosting, email, live chat and analytics providers process data for us under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Account and order data is kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years after the last order for accounting and dispute purposes. Order chats and screenshots are kept for 2 years after the order. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we remove what the law does not require us to keep.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to its use or restrict it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@frostyboost.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the authority of your country.

7. Security

The site uses encrypted connections, access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and passwords are never requested in public channels.

8. Children

Our services are for people aged 18 and over, or younger with a parent's consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. Changes

We update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the current version.
