Gems in Path of Exile 2 are the skills themselves, not sockets in your armour. You open the skill gem window, cut an uncut gem into the skill you want, and that skill takes the gem's level. Supports go into sockets on the skill gem, and Jeweller's Orbs add more of those sockets.
There are four kinds to know. Skill gems are your attacks and spells, such as Spark or Lightning Arrow. Support gems change how a skill behaves. Spirit gems run persistent buffs like Herald of Ash that reserve Spirit. Lineage supports are named, stronger supports that only drop as finished gems. A character needs all four in the right levels before the build works as planned.
| Service | What you get | Time |
|---|---|---|
| PoE 2 Uncut Skill Gems | Levels I to XX, 1 to 50 gems per order | About 15 minutes |
| PoE 2 Uncut Support Gems | Tiers I to V, 1 to 50 gems per order | About 15 minutes |
| PoE 2 Uncut Spirit Gems | 9 levels from IV to XX, up to 100 gems | About 15 minutes |
| PoE 2 Lineage Support Gems | Up to 65 named lineage gems, one copy each | About 15 minutes |
Buy uncut gems when you need levels or numbers, and lineage gems when your build guide names a specific support. Uncut gems are flexible. You choose the skill or support when you cut them, so one order can cover a whole respec.
Lineage gems are the opposite. Each one has a fixed name, like Rakiata's Flow or Uul-Netol's Embrace, and no uncut gem can produce it. They are usually the last piece of an endgame setup. Order them once the rest of the build is in place.
Match the gem level to what your character can equip today. Every level in the calculators shows its character level requirement, from level 1 for Uncut Skill Gem I to level 90 for level XX.
Every gem order arrives by in-game trade. After payment the best-rated booster is assigned, usually within 15 minutes, and agrees a time with you in the order chat. You check levels and names in the trade window and accept, and the booster adds a screenshot of the result before you confirm.
The uncut cards cover Forbidden Rites, Runes of Aldur and Standard in Softcore and Hardcore. Lineage gems cover Forbidden Rites Softcore and both Runes of Aldur modes. If you are unsure which gems your skills need, a PoE 2 build check sorts it out before you spend. Complete setups are in PoE 2 builds, and the full catalog is on the PoE 2 boost page.
PoE 2 gems are handed over in an in-game trade about 15 minutes after the order, once the best-rated booster is assigned and a time is set in the order chat.
The uncut skill, support and spirit gem cards cover Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur and Standard in Softcore and Hardcore. Lineage gems cover Forbidden Rites Softcore and both Runes of Aldur modes.
Uncut gems are blank and become the skill or support you choose when you cut them. Lineage support gems are finished, named supports that cannot be made from an uncut gem.
High levels cost more on the uncut cards, with level XX at the top. Runes of Aldur Hardcore has higher prices, Express delivery adds a fee, and each lineage gem has its own price by name.
