What You Get

  • The Gnashing Sash (Wide Belt) in the selected league
  • Trade invite as soon as a booster is assigned
  • Hand-over in about 15 minutes

Before We Start

  • A Softcore character in Forbidden Rites or Runes of Aldur
  • Level 60 to equip the belt
  • Character name entered at checkout

PoE 2 The Gnashing Sash is a unique belt that lets life recovery from your flasks overflow your maximum Life. You buy it for a Softcore character in one of 2 leagues, and the trade invite goes out right after a booster is assigned. The hand-over takes about 15 minutes.

Choose league is the only field. On this belt Forbidden Rites - Softcore is the cheaper league and Runes of Aldur - Softcore the dearer one, the reverse of many other uniques.

Tick Express delivery under Additional Services if you want maximum priority. It costs extra.

What Is The Gnashing Sash in Path of Exile 2?

The Gnashing Sash is a unique Wide Belt that lets flask life recovery push you above your normal Life cap. Drink a Life Flask at full health and the extra healing stays, at least for a while.

The belt has a drawback line. You keep losing Life over time while you wear it, so the overflow drains away. It also adds chaos resistance. Players who build around flask uptime use it as a rolling buffer against big hits.

The Gnashing Sash first appeared in patch 0.2.0. You need level 60 to wear it, so a fresh character out of the campaign may still be a few levels short.

Who Should Buy The Gnashing Sash?

Buy The Gnashing Sash if your flasks refill fast and you drink them often. A flask-heavy build turns the overflow into a cushion that soaks the next boss slam.

It suits you less if you rarely touch your flasks in a fight. Then you only get the Life drain.

Good to know: test the belt in a map before a boss. Watch how long the overflow lasts against the drain with your own flask setup and regeneration.

Standard and Hardcore are not offered for this belt. Express delivery is the only add-on.

Trade and Proof for Your Belt Boost Order

The booster invites your character in your league as soon as the order is assigned. The belt goes into the trade window, and the swap is done in about 15 minutes. You get a screenshot of the result in the order chat before you confirm.

Not at level 60 yet? The PoE 2 leveling boost takes care of that. A build check shows whether your flasks can feed the belt. For full flask-based setups, browse the PoE 2 builds section.
