PoE 2 Kaom's Heart puts a huge flat Life bonus on your chest slot, and this card offers it in 5 leagues with 3 corruption choices. Pick a clean copy, +1700 or +1800 maximum Life, or an additional socket. A booster trades it to your character within about 15 minutes of assignment.

Choose the league, then the Corruption. No corruption is the default. Additional socket is the lowest-priced corruption, +1700 to maximum Life comes next and +1800 to maximum Life costs the most.

In Runes of Aldur Hardcore the two Life corruptions are far dearer than anywhere else. Express delivery is a separate paid checkbox.

What Is Kaom's Heart in Path of Exile 2?

Kaom's Heart is a unique Conqueror Plate that trades all of your Spirit for a very large flat Life bonus. The Life line does not care about your passive tree. You simply have more of it. You need level 68 to wear the chest.

The cost is written on the item. With no Spirit, any skill that reserves Spirit shuts off. Auras, persistent buffs and many minions stop working the moment you put it on.

Does Kaom's Heart Fit Your Build?

Kaom's Heart fits characters that live on raw Life and do not reserve any Spirit. Check your skill tree before you buy, not after.

• Good fit: a melee Warrior or a self-cast build with no Spirit gems, especially one that stacks increased maximum Life on the tree.
• Poor fit: minions, auras, or a buff your build will not give up.

Good to know: your tree's increased Life nodes scale the flat bonus too. On a Life stacker, the +1800 copy pulls further ahead.

Kaom's Heart Corruptions You Can Order

Option	Result	Relative cost
No corruption	Clean chest, still open to currency	Default
Additional socket	One more socket for a rune or another augment	Smallest extra
+1700 to maximum Life	A higher Life line	Moderate extra
+1800 to maximum Life	The highest Life line on this card	Largest extra

All four choices exist in every league: Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore and Hardcore, Standard Softcore and Hardcore.

How You Receive the Chest

After you buy, the booster finds your character in the league you set and sends a trade, about 15 minutes from assignment. Check the corruption on the chest, accept, and look for the screenshot of the result in the order chat.

A Kaom's Heart boost order skips the farming. Your booster simply brings the chest to the trade window.

Building a Life-based character from scratch? Our custom build service plans one around the chest. Ready setups are in the Path of Exile 2 builds section. If you later switch back to a Spirit build, the side quests boost collects the Spirit rewards you may have skipped.

FAQ

When does the Kaom's Heart trade happen?

The Kaom's Heart trade happens within about 15 minutes of a booster being assigned. Express delivery puts your order first.

Will Kaom's Heart turn off my auras?

Yes. Kaom's Heart sets your Spirit to zero, so every skill that reserves Spirit stops working while you wear it.

Which Kaom's Heart corruption should I pick?

Pick +1700 or +1800 maximum Life if you stack Life on the passive tree. Pick Additional socket if you want one more rune slot on the chest instead.

Why does Kaom's Heart cost more in Hardcore?

Hardcore copies of Kaom's Heart are rarer. The Life corruptions in Runes of Aldur Hardcore are the most expensive options on the card.
