Hyjal Summit: The New Classic Plus Hyjal Raid
Hyjal Summit is one of the three raids that open in World of Warcraft: Forever on December 9, 2026, and it sits at the center of the endgame: a 20-player raid at level 60, built around Mount Hyjal, the new endgame zone of the game. With new tier sets and the legendary path tied to it, this WoW Forever Hyjal raid is where most players will spend their raid nights.
The story picks up long after the battle for the mountain. To defeat Archimonde, Malfurion Stormrage gave up the immortality of the night elves — and not every night elf agreed with that choice. Now someone, or something, is draining power from the land around Hyjal Summit. The raid takes you up through snowy peaks and ancient elven ruins cut by a river, where the ghosts of the Third War still whisper.
Blizzard’s own advice was to bring twenty of your finest players for a reasonable chance of survival. A Classic Plus Hyjal boost brings those twenty: a team that raids together, with a seat for your character among them.
Why Hyjal Summit Matters: Tier Sets and the Legendary
Blizzard has confirmed that the WoW Forever raids bring new tier sets and a legendary reward, with Hyjal Summit and The Barrow Deeps as the raids behind them. A separate legendary quest was shown alongside Hyjal Summit, with the full details still to be revealed.
For a character, that makes Hyjal Summit the raid that decides what a finished set looks like. The tier pieces fill the slots that no dungeon can, and the legendary reward is the long goal of the first raid tier. Every reset in Hyjal Summit moves both forward — for the players who get the drops.
That last part is the problem on any new realm. A 20-player raid means twenty players who all want the same tier pieces, and a roster that needs weeks to form, learn the bosses and settle its loot rules. A WoW Forever Hyjal raid order skips all of it: the team is already formed, and the loot rule for your pieces is agreed before the first pull.
What a WoW Forever Hyjal Boost Covers
- Full clear. The whole of Hyjal Summit in one run, every boss down, loot by the agreed rule.
- Single boss kill. One Hyjal Summit boss when one drop or one kill is all you need.
- Tier set run. Priority on the tier pieces for your class, one piece or the full set over several resets.
- Loot run. A seat in the raid with priority on the items you name.
- Reset package. Hyjal Summit every reset until the slots on your list are filled.
- Legendary progress. The raid steps toward the legendary reward, as a target of its own once Blizzard publishes them.
Everything assigned to you stays on your character, along with the gold the run earns. The raid runs on our own team, not on a pick-up group built around your order. That is the difference between a Classic Plus Hyjal carry and a random seat in someone else’s raid.
Full Clear, Tier Set Run or Loot Run
| Run type | What you get | When to order it |
| Full clear | Every boss in one run, drops by the agreed loot rule | Your first Hyjal Summit run, or a full reset’s worth of loot |
| Single boss kill | One kill and its loot table | One item from one boss |
| Tier set run | Priority on your class’s tier pieces | Building the set piece by piece |
| Loot run | A seat with priority on the pieces you name | A specific slot or weapon |
| Reset package | The raid every reset until your list is complete | A full set over several resets |
One item from one boss is a boss kill. The tier set on its own is a tier set run. Everything the raid holds this reset is a full clear. When you buy a Hyjal Summit run, each order stands on its own and closes on its own target.
Getting Ready for Hyjal Summit
Hyjal Summit is a level 60 raid, and the first pull comes five weeks after World of Warcraft: Forever launches on November 4. A character that walks in with a full pre-raid set does more damage, survives longer and gets more out of every run, so a pre-raid gear order is the natural step before the first Hyjal Summit reset.
The Barrow Deeps, the 10-player raid reached from Mount Hyjal, opens on the same day and also drops tier sets and legendary progress, so many players order a WoW Forever Hyjal raid run and a Barrow Deeps run together. A finished best-in-slot list draws on all WoW Forever raids, and gold for enchants and raid consumables is best sorted before the first pull.
Self-Play or Piloted Hyjal Runs
Self-play is the main format for Hyjal Summit. You take a seat in the raid, play your own character and loot your own drops. The account never leaves your hands, and the kill is on your screen.
Piloted runs are for reset packages, tier set runs over several resets and players who cannot be online at raid time. Our raider plays the character through the run, and the loot waits in its bags when you log in.
To book, we need the character, realm and region, class and role, the run type and the format. Support sends the next available raid times, you pick one, and the seat is yours.
When You Can Buy a Hyjal Summit Run
Hyjal Summit opens on December 9, 2026, together with The Barrow Deeps and Onyxia’s Lair, and Hyjal raid orders run from that day. Blizzard has not yet published the boss list, the loot tables, the lockout rules or any entry requirement, and we do not guess at them; this page is updated as soon as they are official.
When you buy a WoW Forever Hyjal Summit boost, the order is fixed before the first pull: the run type, the loot rule and the raid time. For the other raids and run types, see WoW Forever raid boost.
Why Buy a Classic Plus Hyjal Raid Boost from FrostyBoost
- A formed 20-player team. Players who raid together, not a group assembled around one order.
- A result by target. The order closes on the clear, the kill or the pieces you named, confirmed with you.
- Loot agreed up front. Nobody rolls against you on the tier pieces you booked.
- EU and US. Raid times matched to your realm and region.
- One section, every step. Leveling, gear, gold and every WoW Forever raid in one place, so each order leads to the next.
