Diablo 4 Horadric Gems are sold here in the quality and type your sockets need, from Grand up to Flawless Horadric. One order holds up to 100 gems of a single type. A booster picks it up about 30 minutes after payment, and the trade usually happens within 2–6 hours.

Start with Gem quality: Flawless Horadric is preselected, Horadric sits in the middle and Grand is the lowest step. Then choose one Gem type. Ruby is the default, and Skull is the only type that costs a little more than the rest.

Set the Quantity from 1 to 100, choose your Platform and Realm, and tick Express execution if you want the gems sooner. Each gem counts on its own, so the total grows with the quantity. Seasonal – Hardcore is by far the priciest realm, while Eternal costs slightly more than Seasonal – Softcore.

What Is a Horadric Gem in Diablo 4?

A Horadric gem is a gem tier above Grand, made from Grand gems of one type in the Horadric Cube. Flawless Horadric is the next step up and the strongest quality on this card.

You still socket the old colors, Ruby to Skull, seven of them. What grows is the bonus each socket gives you. Making a full set by hand means a long grind of fragments and Cube crafts, so plenty of endgame players buy the gems and spend their evenings pushing content instead.

Gem Quality Options Compared

Three qualities are on offer, and the higher the tier, the higher the cost per gem.

Grand gems suit a fresh level 70 hero who still swaps gear every night. Once your items are final, Flawless Horadric is the one that stays in the socket.

Buy Horadric Gems for Every Socket

Count the empty sockets first. One order means one type in one quality, so Rubies for the armor plus Skulls elsewhere is two orders. Each extra gem raises the total. Hardcore heroes pay noticeably more for the same gem.

Good to know: a gem needs a free socket. If your new chest piece has none, Scattered Prisms from the crafting materials farm add one at the Jeweler first.

How Gem Delivery Works

Gems arrive by a normal in-game trade with the character you name, so there is no boost method to pick and nobody logs into your account. You pay, the best-rated booster takes the order in about 30 minutes, and you agree on a trade time in the order chat. Before you confirm, a screenshot of the handed-over gems lands in that chat.

Express execution moves the order to the front of the queue. Most orders close within 2–6 hours.

Gems shine brightest on a finished kit. A class gear boost like the Necromancer build boost fills the slots first, and Soul Splinters are the seasonal jewelry gems you might add next. Other stock for your Blacksmith and Jeweler is listed under Diablo 4 materials.

FAQ

When can you start my Horadric gem order?

A Horadric gem order is usually picked up about 30 minutes after payment. The booster then agrees on a trade time with you in the order chat.

How long does Horadric gem delivery take?

Horadric gem delivery takes 2–6 hours for most orders. Express execution puts your gems ahead of the queue.

Can I mix gem types in one order?

No. One order holds a single gem type and a single quality. Gems of a second type, Skull for example, go into a separate order.

Which gem quality costs more?

Flawless Horadric gems cost the most, Horadric gems cost less, and Grand gems are the lowest step. Skull is a bit pricier than the other six types, and Seasonal – Hardcore raises the price the most.
