What Is the Path of Exile 2 1.0 Launch?
Quick answerThe Path of Exile 2 1.0 launch is the full release of the game on December 11, 2026, the day Early Access ends after two years. Grinding Gear Games announced the date at Gamescom Opening Night Live. On the same day the game turns free to play on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with paid cosmetics and stash tabs as before.
Two additions change how launch week plays. The last two story acts complete the campaign, so a fresh character needs more hours before the Map Device. And the Duelist, a sword-and-shield class, joins the Warrior, Ranger, Huntress, Mercenary, Monk, Sorceress, Witch and Druid. Expect a crowded start with a large wave of free-to-play newcomers in the first days.

How Launch Orders Run
Launch orders are booked now and started in the order they were placed when the 1.0 servers open. You settle class, Ascendancy and build with us in the order chat before December 11. Then on the day itself your booster gets in the moment the login screen lets anyone in. You see each act ticked off in the chat, and a screenshot of the finished character lands there before you press confirm. Piloted or Remote Control, your pick.
