Before We Start

• A Warrior or Rogue on a TBC Anniversary realm, level 70 or with the 58-70 Leveling extra
• Black Temple attunement, or the BT Attunement extra in the same order

The Warglaives of Azzinoth boost puts your Warrior or Rogue into weekly Illidan Stormrage kills in Black Temple until the legendary glaive you ordered drops. Choose one blade, Main-Hand or Off-Hand, or the full pair of 2. The first attempt is on the next raid reset after you pay.

Pick the farm scope first. Specific Glaive is the base option: under it, tick Main-Hand Warglaive, Off-Hand Warglaive or both. Full Set costs more and keeps the order open until the pair is complete. Then select your class — Warrior or Rogue — and your server; every realm and faction costs the same here.

Piloted is included, Self Play costs extra. Additional Options raise the price: PvE BiS Gear for the rest of your character, 58-70 Leveling for a character below raid level, and BT Attunement if you cannot enter Black Temple yet.

What Is the Warglaives of Azzinoth in TBC Anniversary?

The Warglaives of Azzinoth are a pair of legendary one-handed swords that drop from Illidan Stormrage, the final boss of Black Temple. One is Main-Hand, the other Off-Hand; they drop separately, and you need both to wield the full set and its bonus. For a Rogue they are the strongest weapons of the expansion, and Fury Warriors rank them near the top as well.

Beyond raw power, they are the most recognisable weapons of The Burning Crusade. Each blade has a low drop chance, and Illidan can be killed only once a week per character, so many players raid for months without seeing one.

The Warglaives of Azzinoth boost is a farm, not a single run: the team clears Black Temple and kills Illidan on every reset while your order is open.

How Long the Glaive Farm Takes

There is no fixed date. A glaive can drop on the first kill or after many weeks, because each reset gives one chance per blade. Full Set usually takes longer than one blade, since the second glaive must also drop. You get a short report in the order chat after every Illidan attempt.

Buy the Glaives and Prepare Your Character

The order goes to the highest-rated booster and runs Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control. A character without access can add the attunement here, or order the Black Temple attunement boost separately. Want the rest of Tier 6 at the same time?
