• A TBC Anniversary character with Mining or a free profession slot
• Level 58 or higher, because the upper ranks are mined in Outland
• A Mining Pick in your bags, or room for the booster to buy one

The TBC Anniversary Mining boost raises your mining to the skill you set, up to the 375 cap, by mining nodes on your own character. All ore, stone and motes from the route stay with you. A full 1–375 order takes about 20–22 hours and is picked up roughly 15 minutes after payment.

Mark your current mining and the goal on the Skill slider. The span from 300 to 375 costs the most, since it means flying between Outland nodes that other miners also chase. No materials are needed, so there is no materials choice on this card.

Normal speed is the base. Express and Super Express cost more and put your order first in the booster's day. Play it Piloted or Remote Control.

What Is Mining in TBC Anniversary?

Mining in TBC Anniversary is how your character gets metal out of the ground: you swing a pick at a deposit and walk off with ore, stone and now and then a gem. Smiths, engineers and jewelcrafters buy what miners bring back. A miner at 375 can work every Outland node and smelt the bars those crafts eat.

The Outland ore ladder runs from Fel Iron Ore in Hellfire Peninsula to Adamantite Ore and the rarer Khorium Ore in Nagrand and Netherstorm. Nodes also give Mote of Earth and Mote of Fire, and ten motes make a primal.

Mining Route From 1 to 375

The booster mines old-world veins first, then crosses into Outland and trains with Krugosh in Thrallmar or Hurnak Grimmord in Honor Hold.

Smelting goes along with it: Smelt Fel Iron, Smelt Adamantite and later Smelt Khorium are trained on the way. The whole order takes about 20–22 hours.

Fel Iron and Adamantite deposits sometimes give Eternium Ore as a bonus. Smiths need it for every Felsteel Bar, so those few ores are often worth more than the stack they came with.

Why Mining 375 Matters in Phase 3

Mining 375 lets you work the ore veins inside Hyjal Summit, one of the Phase 3 sources of epic gems such as Crimson Spinel and Lionseye. Guilds want a miner in the group for those runs. Those veins line the route from one boss to the next. Your miner taps them on the walk.

Good to know: whatever the booster mines during the order is yours. Put it on the AH, or hand the adamantite to a jewelcrafter friend for prospecting.

Buy Mining Next to Jewelcrafting or a Raid

Buy the Mining boost alone. Crafts are a separate order: the profession kit takes two of them at once. Our Jewelcrafting boost is the obvious partner, since a jewelcrafter prospects the ore you just mined into gems. Bars from that ore feed the Blacksmithing boost and the Engineering boost too. No. The Mining boost gives you the 375 skill. Mining inside Hyjal Summit happens on raid runs, not during the skill order.
