What Is Serpentshrine Cavern in TBC Anniversary?

Serpentshrine Cavern is a 25-player Tier 5 raid deep inside Coilfang Reservoir in Zangarmarsh. Lady Vashj and her naga drain the marsh's water here, and the raid fights through six bosses to stop her. Next to Tempest Keep, it is one of the two raids of Phase 2 and the main step between Tier 4 and the endgame of the expansion.

Players want it for three of the five Tier 5 tokens and for weapons that carry them into Phase 3. A Lady Vashj kill also counts toward the attunement chain for Hyjal Summit, so SSC is a step you cannot skip on the way to Tier 6.
