Buy TBC SSC Raid Boost — Serpentshrine Cavern Full Clear
Serpentshrine Cavern is one of the two Tier 5 raids in The Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary, and one of the most mechanically demanding instances in the game. Six bosses, each with its own fight mechanics, ending on Lady Vashj — a multi-phase encounter that needs precise coordination from the whole raid.
Finding a reliable group for a consistent weekly SSC clear is hard on Anniversary servers. Guild progression slots are limited, PUGs struggle with the mechanical requirements, and the GDKP model common in original TBC isn’t always available. Our TBC SSC Raid Boost gives you a direct route to a full clear, run by veterans who have cleared this raid across every phase. SSC’s sister T5 raid is Tempest Keep — many players run both for a complete Tier 5 set.
What Is the TBC Anniversary SSC Raid Boost?
The Serpentshrine Cavern Raid Boost is a full-clear carry for Burning Crusade Classic Anniversary servers. You either join an experienced raid group or we run it on your behalf, and your character moves through all six bosses with gear rolls included throughout. The run goes from Hydross the Unstable to Lady Vashj, with Tier 5 gloves and legs tokens, weapons and off-pieces all in the loot pool. You configure everything — loot priority, format and add-ons — in the interactive calculator, and a personal manager confirms the details with you after checkout.
SSC Attunement
Serpentshrine Cavern requires attunement to enter, completed through the “The Cudgel of Kar’desh” questline. In short: kill Mennu the Betrayer in Heroic Slave Pens, speak to Skar’this the Heretic to pick up the quest, then turn in an Earthen Signet (from Gruul) and a Blazing Signet (from Nightbane) to receive the blessing that lets you enter.
Before the SSC chain itself, you need Karazhan attunement and Revered with Cenarion Expedition for the Reservoir Key. Not attuned yet? Add the SSC attunement option at checkout and we’ll handle the full chain before your run.
Serpentshrine Cavern Boss Roster
Every boss in SSC has distinct mechanics that call for different raid setups, positioning and cooldown management. Lady Vashj in particular is one of the hardest encounters in TBC, thanks to the tainted core passing and simultaneous elemental kiting in Phase 2.
| Boss | Encounter type | Key mechanic |
| Hydross the Unstable | Elemental DPS check | Needs Nature and Frost resistance tanks; precise positioning to control the elemental phase transitions. |
| The Lurker Below | Positional awareness | Summoned by fishing; the whole raid submerges at intervals to avoid Spout. |
| Leotheras the Blind | Demon phase management | Needs a Warlock tank for the demon form; anyone with Chaos Blast must be killed instantly. |
| Fathom-Lord Karathress | Council fight | Three advisors die in a set order; each death empowers Karathress with their abilities. |
| Morogrim Tidewalker | AoE control | Constant Murloc adds demand strong AoE and freezing totems throughout. |
| Lady Vashj | Multi-phase final boss | Phase 2 requires coordinated tainted core passing and simultaneous elemental kiting across the platform. |
Tier 5 Sets & Most-Wanted SSC Loot
SSC holds some of the strongest pre-Black Temple gear in TBC. The raid drops two Tier 5 set tokens — the gloves token from Fathom-Lord Karathress and the legs token from Morogrim Tidewalker — with each class taking its own Tier 5 set:
| Class | Tier 5 Set |
| Warrior | Destroyer Armor |
| Paladin | Crystalforge Armor |
| Hunter | Rift Stalker Armor |
| Rogue | Deathmantle Armor |
| Priest | Avatar Raiment |
| Shaman | Cataclysm Harness |
| Mage | Tirisfal Regalia |
| Warlock | Corruptor Raiment |
| Druid | Nordrassil Raiment |
Beyond the tier tokens, these are the standout drops players chase from each boss:
Professional & Secure Delivery
Every TBC SSC Raid Boost is completed manually by real players — no bots, no scripts, no automation. Our raid team are TBC veterans who have cleared Serpentshrine Cavern across multiple phases and server launches. For Self-Play, you join the raid group and play alongside us. For Piloted, a booster plays on your account through a VPN matched to your real region.
About piloted runs: piloted means account sharing, which always carries some risk. We minimise it with years of experience and a region-matched VPN, but we can’t remove it entirely. If you’d rather keep your login on your own machine, choose Self-Play or Remote Control.
Whichever format you pick, the flow is the same: coordinator contact before the run, confirmation of your loot preferences, and an update once the clear is done. Questions first? Reach us on live chat or Discord: frostyboost — 24/7.
