What You Get

  • Both Bindings of the Windseeker farmed in Molten Core
  • The materials and quest steps of the Thunderfury chain completed
  • Prince Thunderaan defeated and the sword crafted for your character
  • Other loot from the Molten Core runs that drops for you

Before We Start

  • A TBC Anniversary character able to equip one-handed swords
  • Any binding or materials you already own, listed in the order chat

A TBC Anniversary Thunderfury boost gets you Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker, from the first binding drop to the final quest. The team farms both bindings in Molten Core, gathers the Elementium, defeats Prince Thunderaan in Silithus, and you receive the sword on your character.

This card has no extra options in the calculator: one order covers the whole Thunderfury chain. It runs Piloted or by Remote Control, and the booster checks which parts you already have before the farm starts.

If you already own one binding, say so in the order chat. The remaining work is planned around it, so nothing you have is farmed twice.

What Is Thunderfury in TBC Anniversary?

Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker, is the most famous legendary one-handed sword in World of Warcraft. Its proc hits the target with lightning that jumps to nearby enemies and slows their attacks, which made it the classic tank weapon for holding threat on many targets. Today most players want it for what it says about a character: few blades are recognised on sight the way Thunderfury is.

The sword starts with two drops in Molten Core: the left Binding of the Windseeker from Garr and the right one from Baron Geddon. Both are rare. With the pair in hand, Highlord Demitrian in Silithus starts a questline that needs Elementium from Blackwing Lair and ends with a fight against Prince Thunderaan.

Why Players Buy a Thunderfury Carry

At level 70, Molten Core is quick to clear, but the bindings still drop rarely and only once per weekly reset. Many players run it for months and see only one of the two. A Thunderfury boost turns that weekly gamble into a planned farm: the team keeps clearing until both bindings are yours, then finishes the chain without you collecting materials.

How the Thunderfury Boost Works

  1. You order and list anything you already own from the chain.
  2. The team clears Molten Core on your lockout until both bindings drop.
  3. Elementium and other materials are gathered for the quest.
  4. Prince Thunderaan is defeated and the sword is made.

The order runs Piloted or by Remote Control, and the highest-rated booster takes it within about 15 minutes of payment.

How Long Thunderfury Takes

The bindings set the pace. Some orders get both within a few weeks; others need many more resets. The quest part after the bindings is short. You see each Molten Core run in the order chat with a screenshot of the loot.

If you want the raid itself rather than the sword, the Molten Core raid boost covers single clears, and the Blackwing Lair carry covers the next raid. For Outland weapons, see the Cataclysm's Edge farm or the whole TBC Anniversary gear boost list.

FAQ

When does the Thunderfury boost start?

The first Molten Core run is the next scheduled raid on your lockout, after the booster checks what you already own.

How long does it take to get Thunderfury?

It depends on the binding drops: a few weeks with good luck, longer without. The questline after the bindings goes quickly.

I already have one binding. Do I pay for both?

Tell us in the order chat before payment. The farm is planned around what you have, and support confirms the scope with you.
