The TBC Anniversary First Aid boost takes your First Aid skill to 375 and ends with Heavy Netherweave Bandage, the strongest bandage of The Burning Crusade. From skill 1 the climb usually takes about 1–2 days. A booster starts within an hour of your order.

There is nothing to configure on this card. You buy the climb from your current First Aid skill to 375, and the booster brings the cloth. Note your current skill in the order chat so the route starts at the right rank.

What Is First Aid in TBC Anniversary?

First Aid is the secondary profession that turns cloth into bandages. A bandage heals over a few seconds, costs no mana and works for every class, so it is the emergency button for a warrior after a bad pull, a rogue between arena rounds or a hunter soloing elites in Nagrand. In The Burning Crusade the skill goes to 375, and Netherweave cloth from Outland humanoids becomes the main material.

The top recipe, Heavy Netherweave Bandage, heals far more than anything from the old world. Raiders use it on fights where healers cannot keep up, and PvP players use it to reset between engagements in battlegrounds.

What the First Aid Boost Includes

The booster levels the skill through every bandage rank: linen and wool at the start, silk, mageweave and runecloth in the middle, then Netherweave for the final stretch. Trainer ranks and the higher First Aid manuals are handled on the way. You do not farm or buy any cloth; the route uses what the booster brings or gathers. Bandages crafted on the way stay in your bags, ready for your next dungeon or battleground.

Most of the time goes into cloth, not crafting. That is why a fresh First Aid climb on a launch-week realm, when cloth prices are at their highest, is the order players most often hand off.
