What Is Arathi Basin Reputation in TBC Anniversary?

Arathi Basin is the resource battleground in the Arathi Highlands. Two teams of 15 fight over five points: the Stables, the Blacksmith, the Farm, the Lumber Mill and the Gold Mine. Every point you hold adds resources over time, and the first side to reach the limit wins. The League of Arathor backs the Alliance, The Defilers back the Horde.

Each faction pays reputation for the resources your team collects. Its vendor offers more as you climb, and Exalted brings a battle tabard that marks you as a regular of the basin.

Arathi Basin Reputation Boost: What Happens in Each Game

Because standing follows resources, the booster plays to take and hold points, not to chase kills in the middle of the map. A game where your team keeps three bases for most of the match pays far more than a quick loss. How Long the AB Reputation Carry Takes

A close loss still pays reasonable standing, because reputation is counted on the resources your team gathered, not on the final result alone. You can also stop at Revered and add Exalted later.
