What Is Thrallmar in TBC Anniversary?

Thrallmar is the Horde base on the western side of Hellfire Peninsula, raised by the Warchief's forces after they came through the Dark Portal. For Horde players it is the first Outland faction on the road from level 58, and its reputation climbs naturally with the zone quests.

The real reason to finish it is heroic access. At Revered, Thrallmar sells the Flamewrought Key, which opens heroic Hellfire Ramparts, The Blood Furnace and The Shattered Halls. Without it, a Horde character misses the first heroic set that most groups farm for gear and badges.

How We Farm Thrallmar Reputation

The route has three phases, and the booster picks whichever gives the most reputation at your current rank:

• Zone quests. Hellfire Peninsula quests carry a fresh character through the first ranks.
• Lower wings. Normal Hellfire Ramparts and The Blood Furnace take you further while the quests run out.
• The Shattered Halls. The last wing keeps paying reputation up to Exalted, so the final ranks are earned there.

Once payment clears, the highest-rated booster for Horde Outland factions is assigned, usually within 15 minutes. Duration follows your starting standing; the step from Revered to Exalted takes the longest.
