Blackmaw Hold: The Furbolg City Behind Azshara’s Gate
Blackmaw Hold is one of the nine new dungeons in World of Warcraft: Forever, built for characters at level 55–60. Behind a mysterious gate in Azshara lies a city of the furbolgs, and something has gone badly wrong there: a corruption is spreading through the hold and threatens everyone who lives inside.
Blackmaw Hold is not only a dungeon of its own. Its tunnels lead on toward The Barrow Deeps, the 10-player raid where the night elves keep their most dangerous prisoners — and where they are fighting a corruption much like the one in the hold. For a character at the end of the climb, that makes Blackmaw Hold the first step of the path that continues into the WoW Forever raids.
No faction restriction has been announced for Blackmaw Hold. A Classic Plus Blackmaw Hold run from FrostyBoost works for both factions, with a group from our team matched to your side.
What a WoW Forever Blackmaw Hold Boost Covers
- Single run. A full clear of Blackmaw Hold with your character in the group, every boss down.
- Run package. Several runs in a row for experience, from 55 to the level cap.
- Loot run. Repeat runs at level 60 with priority on the pre-raid pieces you name, until they drop for you.
- Dungeon quests. Quests tied to the dungeon completed during the runs, where they exist.
- Legacy progress. Runs toward the Dungeons category of Legacy Challenges.
Every order is agreed before the first pull: the run type, the number of runs and the loot rule. The order closes when that target is met and confirmed with you.
Two Jobs in One Dungeon: The Last Levels and Pre-Raid Gear
Most new dungeons in WoW Forever are about levels. Blackmaw Hold is about levels and gear. From 55 to 59 it pays in experience and carries a character to the cap. At 60 it becomes one of the two endgame dungeons, together with Shaper’s Terrace in Un’Goro Crater, where a character builds its pre-raid set before the raids open on December 9.
| Your level | What Blackmaw Hold gives | Best run type |
| 55–59 | Experience for the last levels to 60 and first upgrades | Run package |
| 60 | Drops for the pre-raid set | Loot run with priority on your pieces |
| 60, raid-ready | The tunnels toward The Barrow Deeps | Single run on the way to the raid |
A Blackmaw Hold loot run at 60 means the same dungeon again and again for one piece at a time. Our team runs it with priority on the items on your list, so the pieces you need go to you instead of to a roll.
Why Order a Classic Plus Blackmaw Hold Carry
The endgame dungeons are where a new realm gets crowded again: every character that reaches 60 needs the same pieces from the same instances, and every group rolls against itself for them. At the same time, a good tank and healer at 60 are in demand everywhere, and a group of strangers learning a new endgame dungeon wipes more than it clears.
A WoW Forever Blackmaw Hold carry skips the search, the wipes and the rolls. The group is complete, it plays together, and your character takes the last seat. The loot rule is agreed with you before the first pull, and nobody in the group rolls against you for the pieces you booked.
| | Group finder at level 55–60 | Blackmaw Hold boost |
| Tank and healer | In demand everywhere at the cap | Included |
| Group | Strangers learning an endgame dungeon | A team that plays together |
| Loot | Every pre-raid piece rolled against the group | Priority on your items |
| Time | Waiting, wipes, lost rolls | Booked session, clean runs |
Loot From the Classic Plus Blackmaw Hold
Blizzard has not yet published the Blackmaw Hold loot table or the names of its bosses, so this page does not list items. The loot rule for your Blackmaw Hold dungeon boost is agreed before the first pull:
- Priority on your items. The pieces you name go to you when they drop.
- Everything for your class. Every drop your class and spec can use goes to you.
- Kept on the character. Gold, bags, materials and quest rewards from the runs stay with you.
As soon as the loot table is official, a loot run can name the exact pre-raid item and the boss it drops from.
Self-Play or Piloted Blackmaw Hold Runs
Self-play is the natural format for single runs and loot runs where you want to see the drop land. You take the last seat in our group, play your own character and loot your own items, with the account in your hands the whole time.
Piloted suits long run packages and repeat loot farms. Our team plays the character through the runs on the agreed schedule, and the levels and items are waiting when you log in.
Blackmaw Hold orders run from November 4, 2026, when World of Warcraft: Forever realms go live, as soon as your character reaches 55. To book, we need the character, realm, region and faction, class and spec, the run type and the format. Level 60 brings the biggest purchases of the climb, and Classic Plus gold keeps them within reach.
