Agree the details in the chat
Your booster writes to you in the order chat to confirm the start time, the play mode and anything else they need. Discord works too if you prefer it. A manager watches every order and steps in whenever needed.

Follow the progress
The status in your account moves from Booster assigned to In progress, and the chat stays open the whole time. Ask for an update or a stream whenever you like.

Check the screenshot and confirm
When the job is done, your booster marks the order complete and uploads a screenshot of the result. You get a notification and 72 hours to check it: confirm the order, or open a dispute and our team puts it right — a fix or a full refund.

How do I know the job is done?
Your booster uploads a screenshot of the result when marking the order complete — in raids, the raid leader posts one after every boss. You confirm the order only when you are happy.
Can I play other characters during a Piloted order?
Tell your booster in the order chat. Sessions are planned around the hours you want to play, so both fit.
When does the 7% loyalty discount start?
As soon as your confirmed paid orders reach $3,000 in total. From then on, every order is 7% cheaper automatically.
Who will play on my account?
