Pick your method: Piloted is included, Self Play and Remote Control cost extra. Characters without raid access should add BT & Hyjal Attunement, a paid option finished before the first clear.

Stream, also extra, shows every Illidan kill live. You pay for the staff, not for a fixed number of raids, so the farm continues until it drops.

What Is Zhar'doom, Greatstaff of the Devourer in TBC Anniversary?

Zhar'doom is the caster staff dropped by Illidan Stormrage, the final boss of Black Temple. It is item level 151 and Bind on Pickup, with 259 spell damage and healing, 55 spell haste rating, 36 spell critical strike rating, 70 Stamina and 47 Intellect. That spread of power, haste and crit keeps it in the weapon slot for the whole of Phase 3.

Warlocks, Mages, Shadow Priests and Balance Druids all list it first, which is exactly why it is so hard to win. There is no vendor, no currency and no second source: the staff comes from Illidan or not at all, so every week without it is a week your spell power stays behind the rest of the raid.
