What You Get

  • Engineering raised to your target skill, 375 at most
  • Bars, powders, bolts and casings for the range
  • Trainer schematics for every rank you pass
  • A screenshot of your engineering skill when the target is reached

Before We Start

  • A TBC Anniversary character with Engineering or a free profession slot
  • Level 58 or higher for the Outland trainers
  • Aldor or The Scryers set under Faction choice
  • Account access for Piloted or Remote Control

The TBC Anniversary Engineering boost brings your engineering up to the skill you set, with 375 as the ceiling. Bars, powders and parts come from our side. A full 1–375 order runs about 20–22 hours, and the booster is assigned around 15 minutes after checkout.

Drag the Skill slider from your current engineering to the target. Engineering jumps in price after 300, where Outland parts and Khorium start to appear. Every material for the range is part of the price, so you buy and send nothing.

Faction choice asks for Aldor or The Scryers. Normal is the base speed, and Express or Super Express cost more. Play methods: Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.

What Is Engineering in TBC Anniversary?

Engineering in TBC Anniversary is the gadget profession: it builds scopes, bombs, trinkets, mounts and head pieces that only engineers can wear. Arena players and raiders take it for the epic goggles and the tools that no other craft makes.

Most of the route is built from parts. Fel Iron Casing, Handful of Fel Iron Bolts and Elemental Blasting Powder fill the early Outland ranks, and Khorium Power Core appears near the top. Hunters buy the Stabilized Eternium Scope from engineers for their bows and guns.

Engineers also gather where nobody else can. From skill 305 the Zapthrottle Mote Extractor pulls motes out of the gas clouds that float over Outland zones, which makes this craft a quiet gold earner between raids.

What Engineering 350 and 375 Unlock

Engineering pays off at the top, because the engineer-only items need skill 350 or 375 to equip or use.

SkillItemWhat it does
350Destruction Holo-gogs and the other epic gogglesHead slot with a meta socket
350Flying Machine ControlFlying mount for Outland, expert riding
375Turbo-Charged Flying Machine ControlFast flying mount, artisan riding

The skill opens these items. Schematics, gems and the flying machine parts are separate from the skill order.

Gnomish or Goblin Engineer?

Gnomish Engineer and Goblin Engineer are the two specializations, and in Outland the clearest difference is the teleport trinket. Goblins get the Dimensional Ripper - Area 52 to Netherstorm. Gnomes get the Ultrasafe Transporter: Toshley's Station in Blade's Edge. Each side also has an arena trinket of its own: the Goblin Rocket Launcher for goblins and the Gnomish Poultryizer for gnomes.

Good to know: the epic goggles ask only for Engineering skill, not a specialization. Choose Gnomish or Goblin for the trinkets and the teleport you like.

Buy Engineering for Arena or Raids

Buy the engineering boost alone, or take it with a second craft such as blacksmithing inside the TBC profession kit. Many players level it before an arena boost and the matching PvP gear. The full list of crafts sits on the TBC Anniversary professions page.

FAQ

When will my Engineering boost start?

Your Engineering boost starts when a booster is assigned, which normally takes about 15 minutes after payment.

How long does Engineering 1–375 take?

Engineering from 1 to 375 takes about 20–22 hours. Starting from 300 or later takes fewer hours.

Does the Engineering boost include the goggles?

No, the Engineering boost gives you the skill. Goggle schematics, gems and the flying machine are separate, and the booster can tell you in the order chat what each one needs.

Gnomish or Goblin for my Engineering boost?

For the Engineering boost itself the pick barely matters, the skill climbs to 375 either way. Choose by the teleport and arena trinket you like and write it in the order chat.
