A WoW Elite weapon illusion boost takes your character to 1950 rating, where the season's PvP weapon illusion unlocks with the Rival II achievement. This season it is the Venomcoil glow, and it stays in your collection forever. The climb starts soon after checkout.

Under Illusion Boost Options, choose I have required gear if your character is already geared for rated PvP. Honor Gear (331 ilvl) and Conquest Gear (344 ilvl) gear you up first and cost extra, the Conquest set more.

Stream lets you watch the games live, and Priority Start & Finish moves the order to the front of the queue; both are extras. Piloted is included, Self Play and Remote Control cost extra.

What Is the Elite Weapon Illusion in WoW?

The Elite weapon illusion is a seasonal PvP visual for your weapon: a glowing effect you apply at the transmogrifier, on any weapon you like. It unlocks at 1950 rating, the Rival II tier, in any rated bracket. Each season brings its own illusion, and when the season ends that one is gone for new players. Once you earn it, it is account-wide and permanent.

The illusion has no stats, which is exactly why it reads as prestige: anyone who inspects you knows it came from rated PvP in that season.

Buy the Venomcoil Illusion Before the Season Ends

This season's effect is Venomcoil, a venom-green glow that coils along the blade. The unlock is automatic: reach 1950 in 2v2, 3v3 or Solo Shuffle and the illusion arrives with the Rival II achievement. No quest, no vendor, no currency. The same push also completes the class Elite appearance progress that starts around 1800.

How Long the Illusion Carry Takes

The time depends on where your rating starts and how soft the ladder is at that point of the season. Characters starting from zero usually need several sessions; those near 1800 can finish much faster. Priority Start & Finish shortens the wait on both ends, which matters most in the last weeks of a season. The highest-rated booster takes the order after payment, usually within 15 minutes. Play methods: Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control.

Which Bracket the Team Uses

The booster plays wherever your character climbs fastest. You can also order the rating on its own through the 2v2 arena rating boost or the 3v3 arena carry, or through the Solo Shuffle boost if you prefer the solo queue.
