Like the Arena Set, it takes around 1.5–2 months due to the Arena Point farming involved.

Off-Set Add-Ons — Arena Weapon & Off-Hand

You can add your Season 2 arena weapon and off-hand as optional checkboxes in the calculator. Note the rating gates: the arena weapon unlocks at 1700 rating, and the off-hand follows the same arena-point system. Adding these completes your weapon slots alongside whichever gear package you choose.
