Can I log on my account after purchasing a Piloted boost?
Yes, you can. If you are buying a service with account sharing (i.e. Piloted boost), we will let you know when we are logging in and playing. Our boosters aren't online the whole day so we will simply coordinate the boosting sessions on Discord with you.

What is your refund policy?
If we cannot even assign the service within double the Estimated Time, you are entitled to ask for a refund. If we have started but not completed the service within double the estimate, compensations or partial refunds can be awared. With this said, this never happened on our farming services.
