With a WoW Forever Stratholme boost you decide which half of the ruined city our group clears with your character: the Live side held by the Scarlet Crusade, the Undead side ruled by Baron Rivendare, or both. Each side takes 60–90 minutes. Orders are open, and Stratholme work begins roughly a week after the November 4 launch, from level 48.

Start with Side: Live side, Undead side or Both sides. Both sides costs more than the default choice. Use Runs to choose how many runs you want; each one adds to the total.

Play method: Piloted, Remote Control or Self Play. Remote Control adds a small surcharge.

What Is Stratholme in WoW Forever?

Stratholme was the jewel of northern Lordaeron until the plague reached its granaries and Prince Arthas burned the city to stop it. Two enemies now share the ashes in the Eastern Plaguelands. Behind the main gate, the Scarlet Crusade holds the market streets under Grand Crusader Dathrohan, who is really the dreadlord Balnazzar. Behind the service gate, Baron Rivendare commands the Scourge from his ziggurats and slaughterhouse. Players call these halves the Live side and the Undead side, and each is a full instance run.

The city shares the top band of 58–60 with Scholomance, so in WoW Forever it is endgame content for characters preparing for the raids.

Buy Stratholme Runs: Which Side to Choose

The Live side is the shorter route for many plate and caster pieces and for the Crusade quests. The Undead side is where Baron Rivendare waits, and with him the famous chance at his deathcharger mount; players chasing that mount often order several Undead runs. Both sides in one order is the efficient choice for finishing every Stratholme quest at once.
