A PoE 2 league start character is a pre-order for the Path of Exile 2 1.0 launch on December 11, 2026. The moment servers open, a booster creates your character in the new league, clears the campaign, earns all 8 Ascendancy points and sets up your league starter build. You get it back map-ready within 48 hours.

Choose your Class, then pick a Build: a proven league starter for that class, or your own build sent as a guide link. The Duelist is on the list because the class arrives with 1.0. Hardcore in the League field costs more than Softcore.

Priority start puts your order in the first group our boosters take when the 1.0 servers open, and it adds to the price. Piloted is the default, Remote Control costs a little more.

What Is a League Start Character in PoE 2?

A league start character in Path of Exile 2 is the first hero you take into a fresh league, built to clear content cheaply while the trade market is still empty. League starts are the busiest days of any Path of Exile season. Everyone begins at level 1, prices climb by the hour, and the first players to reach maps sell their drops for the most.

December 11, 2026 is a bigger day than usual. Early Access ends, and Path of Exile 2 turns free to play on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Grinding Gear Games also ships the last two story acts plus the Duelist, who fights with sword and shield. A longer campaign means more hours before maps, and that gap is what this boost removes.

What You Get With the 1.0 League Start Boost

You get a character that is ready to farm Waystones on the first or second day of 1.0. The booster works in this order.

  1. Before launch you agree the class, Ascendancy and build in the order chat.
  2. When servers open, the booster creates the character and clears every act of the new campaign.
  3. The Trial of the Sekhemas and the Trial of Chaos give the 8 Ascendancy points.
  4. The booster sets the passive tree and gem links and equips gear for early maps.

Your progress shows in the order chat, and a screenshot of the result comes before you confirm. Orders run Piloted or with Remote Control.

How Long the League Start Carry Takes

Most league start orders are finished within 24–48 hours after the 1.0 servers go live. The exact time depends on the length of the new campaign and on how busy the launch weekend is. Orders with Priority start are taken first.

Buy a PoE 2 League Start Character or Build It Yourself?

Buy this boost if your time at launch is short and you want to spend it mapping. If you prefer to play the new acts yourself, order the PoE 2 campaign boost for a single act you dislike, or a PoE 2 starter build to plan the character first. A character for the current league is made to order in the PoE 2 accounts section.

Good to know: install and log in before launch day. Free-to-play launches bring login queues, and a client that is already patched saves the booster an hour. Other launch services are listed on the PoE 2 boost page.
