PoE 2 Lineage Support Gems are sold by name here: tick the ones your build guide calls for, from a list of 63 in Forbidden Rites and 65 in Runes of Aldur. A booster hands them over in an in-game trade about 15 minutes after the order.

Choose league comes first: Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore or Runes of Aldur Hardcore. Under Choose desired Lineage Gem you then tick every gem you want. You get one copy of each ticked gem.

Each gem has its own price. Uul-Netol's Embrace, Breachlord's Amalgam, Garukhan's Resolve, Esh's Radiance and Uhtred's Exodus sit at the top. Ratha's Assault, Arjun's Medal and Kurgal's Leash are among the lowest-priced. Hardcore Runes of Aldur costs more than Softcore, and Express delivery adds a fee in all three leagues.

What Is a Lineage Support Gem in Path of Exile 2?

A lineage support is a named support gem that carries a figure from Wraeclast's history in its name and does more than a regular support of its kind. Atziri's Communion, Olroth's Conviction and Seraph's Heart are three examples from the list.

You cannot cut one from an Uncut Support Gem. PoE 2 lineage support gems only drop in the world and in endgame content, often from bosses. Many endgame build guides name one as the core of the damage. Until that exact gem drops, the build is not finished.

Which PoE 2 Lineage Support Gems Can You Buy?

Every gem in the calculator is a checkbox with its full name, 63 in Forbidden Rites and 65 in Runes of Aldur. The two extra ones are Styrn's Ferocity and Styrn's Mountain, offered only in the Runes of Aldur leagues.

Price group	Examples from the calculator
Highest	Uul-Netol's Embrace, Breachlord's Amalgam, Garukhan's Resolve, Esh's Radiance, Uhtred's Exodus
Upper middle	Xoph's Pyre, Tul's Stillness, Seraph's Heart, Her Declaration, Esh's Prowess
Middle	Rakiata's Flow, Atziri's Communion, Olroth's Conviction, Dialla's Desire
Lower	Ratha's Assault, Arjun's Medal, Kalisa's Crescendo, Tacati's Ire, Kurgal's Leash

The same gem can cost differently in each league, because every league has its own market.

Buy Lineage Gems: Leagues and Delivery

Lineage gems are traded in three leagues: Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore and Runes of Aldur Hardcore. Standard is not offered for this card. Express delivery is available in all three and puts your trade first.

The best-rated booster takes your order, usually within 15 minutes of payment. You meet in game at a time set in the order chat, read every gem name in the trade window and accept. A screenshot of the trade goes into the order before you confirm.

Good to Know: Several Gems Share a Name

Read the full name twice. The list holds five Uhtred gems (Exodus, Omen, Augury, Constellation and Rite) and three for Atziri (Communion, Allure and Impatience). They do very different things. Copy the exact name from your guide when you tick it.

If you are still choosing the build around a lineage gem, the PoE 2 builds section and a PoE 2 build check help before you spend. Characters that are not yet in maps can start with the PoE 2 campaign boost.

FAQ

When can you start a lineage gem order?

A lineage gem order starts about 15 minutes after payment, once the best-rated booster is assigned and you agree a trade time in the order chat.

How long does the lineage gem trade take?

The lineage gem trade takes about 15 minutes in game. Every gem you ticked is handed over in that session.

Why can I not make a lineage gem from an uncut support gem?

Lineage support gems are not part of the uncut gem system in Path of Exile 2. They only drop as finished gems, so buying one by name is the direct way to get the exact gem.

Can I get lineage gems in Standard?

Lineage support gems are offered in Forbidden Rites Softcore, Runes of Aldur Softcore and Runes of Aldur Hardcore. Standard is not on the list for this card, and each ticked gem comes as one copy.
