PoE 2 Astramentis covers Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence from a single amulet slot, and you can wear it from level 24. On this card you add a max roll or one of 3 corruptions, then a booster trades the amulet to you about 15 minutes after assignment.

Set the league first, because it decides which extras appear. Forbidden Rites and Runes of Aldur Softcore show Corruption, Max roll and Express delivery. Standard Softcore shows Max roll and Express only. The two Hardcore leagues have no extras and cost more than any Softcore copy.

Max roll is a paid Yes. Of the corruptions, +141 total Attributes is the dearest, while +1 to Level of all Skills and +8 to all Elemental Resistances cost the same.

What Is Astramentis in Path of Exile 2?

Astramentis is a unique Stellar Amulet that adds a big flat roll to all three attributes at once. One item feeds Strength, Dexterity and Intelligence together. It also cuts a little physical damage from attack hits.

Attributes gate your gear and your gems. Hybrid characters feel it most, say a caster holding a heavy shield, or a warrior borrowing spell gems. With Astramentis on the neck, passive points that went into stat nodes can go to damage instead.

Max Roll: Is It Worth Adding?

Max roll gets you a copy with its attribute line at the top of the range. Without it you get a normal roll somewhere inside that range. Builds sitting a few points short of a gem or a weapon should take it. If your stats already clear every threshold, skip it.

Max roll exists in Forbidden Rites, Runes of Aldur and Standard Softcore. It costs the least in Runes of Aldur.

Good to know: Standard Softcore has Max roll but no Corruption field, and Hardcore copies come with neither.
