The Diablo 4 Lilith boost puts Echo of Lilith down on Torment XII with your hero in the fight, either in a party or alone for the title. Work begins about 15 minutes after payment. The fight itself lasts around 15 minutes, or about 30 if you pair her with Mephisto.

Package has two entries: Echo of Lilith alone, or the Mephisto + Lilith bundle. For Lilith alone you then choose Kill type, Group kill or Solo kill for the title, followed by Realm, Speed and Extra gold. Difficulty is always Torment XII, with an unlock add-on for heroes below it.

The solo kill costs more than the group kill. Eternal Softcore is cheaper than Seasonal Softcore. Express, the unlock, Remote Control and a Live stream each add to the price.

What Is Echo of Lilith in Diablo 4?

Echo of Lilith is the endgame rematch with the Daughter of Hatred, the villain whose death closed the base game campaign. Two expansions later she still holds the top spot of the original game. On Torment XII her phases punish slow damage, and a lot of builds stall right there.

Players return for the kill credit and her loot. The real prize for many is the title. That one only counts when your hero beats her without a party.

Group Kill or Solo Kill for the Title?

Going solo takes longer and is priced higher, since one character carries the entire encounter. Want only the kill and the drops? Then a party run is the easier Lilith carry.

Lilith Boost Options

• Realm: Seasonal Softcore or Eternal Softcore. Hardcore is not offered on this card.
• Speed: Standard, or Express for the next free slot and a quicker finish.
• Extra gold: delivered to the same character and realm.
• Torment XII unlock: needs a Pit tier 100 clear, done before the fight.

The boost runs Piloted, Self Play or Remote Control, and a private Live stream can be added to Piloted orders.

Buy Lilith Together With Mephisto

One order, two echoes: the Mephisto + Lilith bundle runs both on Torment XII in roughly 30 minutes. Mephisto's kill brings a Mythic Unique along. It costs less than ordering the two kills separately.

Good to know: Echo of Lilith is a boss, not the statues on the map. The permanent bonuses come from the Altars of Lilith, a separate collection task. After the echo, the Belial boost and the Uber Urivar boost roll other loot tables. Weak on damage for the solo attempt? A Paragon boost raises it first.
