What Is the Scarlet Enclave in WoW SoD?

The Scarlet Enclave is the raid that Season of Discovery opened in Phase 8. It sits in the southeastern corner of the Eastern Plaguelands, in the stronghold of the Scarlet Crusade, and its story ends with Balnazzar, the dreadlord who has controlled the Crusade from within for years.
