The SoD Mangle rune boost gets the Mangle rune learned on your Druid, the hands rune that gives both Cat Form and Bear Form a hard-hitting attack. In Cat Form each Mangle awards 1 combo point, and the target takes more damage from your bleeds. A booster starts on the rune shortly after payment, usually within 15 minutes.

No calculator settings apply to this card. After you pay, tell the booster your faction and level in the order chat so the rune steps fit your Druid.

Every Druid pays the same for Mangle; Remote Control costs slightly more than Piloted.

What Is the Mangle Rune in Season of Discovery?

Mangle is a Druid rune for the hands slot, released in Phase 1 of Season of Discovery. In the original game, Mangle did not exist until The Burning Crusade; Season of Discovery brings it in through runes. It deals heavy weapon damage and leaves a debuff that makes the target take more damage from bleed effects.

For a Feral Druid it becomes the main button in both forms. It works with the effects tied to Claw and Maul, so talents that improve those attacks also improve Mangle.

Mangle in Cat Form and Bear Form

That double role makes the Mangle rune a natural first pick for Feral players. A cat gets more out of every bleed, and a bear tank pairs it with Lacerate on the legs to hold a boss. Rake and Rip from a cat, or Lacerate from a bear, all gain from the same debuff.

Getting the Mangle Rune With a Carry

When you buy the SoD Mangle rune boost, the highest-rated booster accepts the order and plans the route for your faction. Every step needed to learn the rune is done on your character, and the result arrives in the order chat as a screenshot of Mangle in your Engraving panel. The booster plays Piloted or connects by Remote Control. You then engrave the gloves yourself in a few seconds.

The hands slot also holds Sunfire, Wild Growth and Skull Bash. Healers and Balance Druids usually prefer one of those, so Mangle is the clear choice mainly for cat and bear builds.
