With the SoD Blood-Caked Raptor boost, 1 character gets the Whistle of the Blood-Caked Raptor: a booster earns the Blood Coins in the Blood Moon event and buys the mount from the vendor. The raptor is waiting in your collection when the order closes. Work starts at the first event window after assignment.

The card has nothing to configure. Put it in the cart, choose Piloted or Remote Control and fill in your realm, faction and character name. Remote Control costs a little more than Piloted.

Any Blood Coins already on your character count toward the price, so mention them in the order chat before the booster starts.

What Is the Blood-Caked Raptor in SoD?

The Whistle of the Blood-Caked Raptor calls a battle-scarred raptor splashed with blood, a ground mount sold for Blood Coins by the vendor of the Blood Moon event in Stranglethorn Vale. Like every Blood Moon reward, the price is paid in coins you can only win in the free-for-all fights while the moon is red.

That makes the raptor a PvP trophy more than a shop item. Getting it alone means many windows of fighting through crowds, losing coins to deaths and coming back for the next timer.

SoD Blood-Caked Raptor Boost: Step by Step

The SoD Blood-Caked Raptor boost runs in three stages, and you can follow each of them in the order chat.

Purchase	Buys the Whistle from the event vendor once the price is met
Finish	Learns the mount and sends a screenshot

Piloted or Remote Control, whichever you choose. The booster plays the windows at the busiest moments of the event, when kills and chests come fastest, and saves every coin for the vendor instead of spending it elsewhere.

How Long the Raptor Mount Carry Takes

The carry is paced by the event timer. Starting with no coins, expect several days of windows; coins you have already saved cut that down. The highest-rated booster is assigned about 15 minutes after payment and tells you which window opens the farm.

You can keep playing your character between windows. Just tell the booster in the chat when you are online, and the next windows are planned around your own sessions.

Buy the Raptor, the Tiger or Both

Its counterpart from the same event is the Blood-Caked Tiger order, and many collectors take both.
