The SoD Stranglethorn event boost puts a booster on your level 40 character for the Blood Moon windows in Stranglethorn Vale. The booster fights through the event, collects Blood Coins and turns them in at the Blood Loa for honor and experience. The first window after the booster is assigned is usually the start.

This card has no option list. Add it, choose Piloted or Remote Control and leave your realm, faction and character name. Remote Control costs a little more than Piloted.

Tell the booster in the order chat what you want most from the event: honor for your rank, experience from the turn-ins or coins saved up for vendor gear. The event windows are then played with that goal first.

What Is the Stranglethorn Event in SoD?

The Stranglethorn event, known in game as the Blood Moon, is a world PvP event that Season of Discovery added to Stranglethorn Vale. On a fixed timer the moon turns red and the zone becomes a free-for-all: anyone outside your group is a target, and every kill drops Blood Coins. The coins come in copper, silver and gold.

At the altar of the Blood Loa you turn copper coins in through the Blood for the Blood Loa quest, which pays honor and a large chunk of experience. The rarer coins buy event gear from the vendors. That mix made the event one of the most popular activities of the season, but also one of the most crowded and chaotic.

The highest-rated booster takes the order, usually within 15 minutes, and confirms which window opens the work.
