A SoD BiS gear boost collects the best-in-slot items for your class and spec, slot by slot, from whatever source each item comes from. You send the list or let the booster build it, and the team works through raids, dungeons, crafts and reputation until the slots are filled. The order is picked up by a booster about 15 minutes after you pay.

Pick how many slots you want filled, from a single trinket to a full character with all 17 slots. Raid items cost more than dungeon or crafted items, and a long list costs more than a few pieces.

The order is played Piloted or with Remote Control. Send your spec and your current gear in the order chat, and the booster checks the list against the current phase.

What Is BiS Gear in Season of Discovery?

BiS, short for best-in-slot, is the strongest item a given class and spec can wear in each slot during the current phase. In Season of Discovery that list changes more than in classic WoW: runes reshape what each spec needs, and every phase adds new raids, reworked set bonuses and new crafted items. A healer priest, a tank warrior and a melee hunter all have very different lists, even when the slots look the same.

The hard part is that a BiS list draws on many sources. One slot needs a raid boss, the next a dungeon, the next a crafted item, a reputation reward or a PvP piece. A SoD BiS gear boost puts all of that into one order with a clear goal.

How the BiS Gear Carry Works

First the list: you send yours, or the booster builds one for your spec in the current phase. Then each slot is collected from its source. Raid items follow the team's raid schedule, dungeon items are farmed between raids, and crafted pieces are made or bought from a crafter. You see the list in the order chat and watch slots get ticked off.

How Long the BiS Boost Takes

A BiS boost lasts as long as its slowest slot. Crafted and dungeon items can be done in days; raid drops depend on weekly resets and luck. The highest-rated booster takes the order and gives you an estimate once the list is fixed.
