The SoD Prayer of Mending rune boost gets the Prayer of Mending rune learned on your Priest, a legs rune that places a heal on one ally and sends it jumping to the next one each time it triggers. It can jump up to 5 times. A booster is usually assigned within 15 minutes of payment and starts the rune steps straight away.

This card has no settings in the calculator. Post your faction and level in the order chat once you have paid, and the booster plans the rune for your Priest.

What Is the Prayer of Mending Rune in Season of Discovery?

Prayer of Mending is a Priest rune for the legs slot, available since Phase 1 of Season of Discovery. It first appeared in The Burning Crusade and became one of the most loved Priest heals. You place it on a friendly target, and it waits. The next time that target takes damage, it heals them and then jumps to another party or raid member nearby, ready to fire again.

The result is healing that spreads itself to whoever is getting hit, without you picking each target. It only sits on one player at a time, so you recast it whenever the jumps run out.

How Prayer of Mending Travels Through Your Group

1. You cast it on an ally, usually the tank.
2. When that ally takes damage, the heal fires on them.
3. It jumps to a nearby group member and waits for their next hit.
4. This repeats until all 5 jumps are used or the effect expires.

On fights with spread damage, a single cast can heal five different players in a few seconds.

Prayer of Mending in Dungeons and Raids

For Holy and Discipline healers it is a cast to keep on cooldown: cheap value that lands where it is needed. In dungeons it keeps the tank and a melee player topped up during pulls, and in raids it covers random damage across the group while you focus your big heals. It pairs naturally with Circle of Healing on your gloves for a full group healing setup.
