SoD Penance Rune Boost

What You Get

• The Penance rune learned on your Priest
• The rune ready to engrave on your gloves
• A screenshot of Penance in your Engraving panel

Before We Start

• A Priest character on a Season of Discovery realm
• Your faction and level shared in the order chat

The SoD Penance rune boost gets the Penance rune learned on your Priest, a hands rune that fires a volley of holy light at an enemy to damage it or at an ally to heal them. One spell covers both roles, which is why Discipline-minded Priests want it early. The booster is assigned about 15 minutes after payment and starts on the rune.

No options need setting on this card. Give the booster your faction and level in the order chat after payment, and the rune steps are prepared for your character.

All Priests pay the same for Penance; Remote Control is a bit more than Piloted.

What Is the Penance Rune in Season of Discovery?

Penance is a Priest rune for the hands slot, part of the first set of runes in Phase 1 of Season of Discovery. It was the signature Discipline spell of Wrath of the Lich King and arrives here years earlier through engraving. Penance is a short channel of holy bolts. Cast it on an enemy and each bolt deals holy damage; cast it on a friend and each bolt heals them instead.

That flexibility is the appeal. A Priest who heals can still add damage between heals, and a Priest who deals damage still has a strong instant-response heal when a party member drops low.

Penance for Damage and for Healing

Target	Effect	Typical use
Enemy	Holy damage from each bolt	Questing, leveling, adding damage in groups
Ally	Healing from each bolt	Saving a tank or a party member in trouble

Because one button handles both cases, Penance is a strong pick for Priests who level alone and heal dungeons on the same character.

Who Should Buy the SoD Penance Rune Boost

Discipline and Holy healers get the most from it in group content, and leveling Priests like it for the extra damage. Players focused purely on group healing sometimes take Circle of Healing instead, and Shadow players often prefer Mind Sear or Shadow Word: Death on the same slot. Owning several hands runes lets you change the engraving to match the night's plan.

How the Penance Rune Carry Works

Once you buy, the highest-rated booster takes the order and works through the rune steps for your faction on your Priest. When Penance is learned, a screenshot lands in the order chat, and you engrave your gloves in seconds. The work is done Piloted or through Remote Control, whichever you picked.

Buy Penance With a Full Healing Kit

The Prayer of Mending rune boost covers the legs slot with a bouncing heal. For defensive raid healing on the same slot, look at the Power Word: Barrier rune. The SoD runes boost hub has every class rune.
