The WoW Mad World boost clears every objective in the Horrific Visions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar with all 5 Faceless Masks active. There is nothing to set on this card: the order covers both cities, every objective and the title. Pick Piloted or Remote Control as the way the boost is played.

If you already finished one of the two cities with full masks, write it in the order chat and the booster only plays the missing vision.

What Is Mad World in WoW?

Mad World is a Horrific Visions achievement from Battle for Azeroth. Horrific Visions are corrupted, solo versions of Stormwind and Orgrimmar where sanity drains over time and every zone holds an objective. The Faceless Masks are optional modifiers that make enemies hit harder and add new dangers. Mad World asks you to finish all objectives in both cities with all five masks on at once.

The reward is the title the Faceless One. Players chase it because it is one of the toughest solo titles in the game, and the visions do not let a group share the work.

Why the Mad World Achievement Is Hard

With five masks, each pull counts. Sanity runs out fast, elites hit for a large share of your health, and one bad route means the vision ends before the last objective. A character needs a clean plan through every district and the damage to handle it. A Mad World carry removes that pressure: the booster knows the route and the order of the objectives.

Gear matters as well. A character with low item level burns sanity faster and needs more careful pulls, while a stronger one can clear districts with fewer stops. The booster checks your character before the first vision and picks the city and route that fit it. If an attempt ends early, the next one starts from what was learned, not from scratch.

Each vision is a single timed run. How quickly both are done depends on your character's gear and on how many attempts the masks require.

Which title do I get?

The Faceless One. It appears in your title list as soon as the achievement pops.

Can I do one city only?

Yes, if the other is already done on your character. Tell the booster in the order chat which vision is still missing.
