The WoW The Writhing Brood mount boost farms the Altar of Fangs on your character until Zul'jan drops this Midnight Season 2 serpent. You pay for the result, not for a number of runs, and every item and gold piece from the clears stays with you. A booster is assigned in about 15 minutes.

Set the boost method: Piloted is in the base price, Remote Control costs extra. Then the speed: Normal, Express or Super Express.

Express and Super Express cost more and fit more Altar of Fangs runs into each day, which usually shortens the wait for the drop.

What Is The Writhing Brood in WoW?

The Writhing Brood is a serpent mount added in WoW Midnight Patch 12.1 with Season 2, and it is learned account-wide. It drops, rarely, from Zul'jan, the Elite boss of the Altar of Fangs dungeon. Zul'jan is the troll who woke the goddess Ula'tek and started the whole season's story, so this mount is a trophy from the villain himself. He also appears as an encounter in the Venomous Abyss raid, but the mount comes from the dungeon.

Its sister mount, Ruby Writhe, drops in the open world instead. Collectors chasing the pair need both farms, one in a dungeon and one across the isle, which is why many order them together.

Why the Writhing Brood Carry Is Worth Buying

Low drop chances compound badly. Ten runs prove nothing, and neither do a hundred: some players see the serpent in week one, others farm the whole season without it. Buying the boost moves that variance to us. The team keeps running the dungeon until the drop lands, whether that is run five or run two hundred, and the order ends with the mount in your collection.

Writhing Brood Boost Speeds

Speed	Runs per day	Good for
Normal	Standard pace	Patient collectors
Express	More runs	Getting it earlier in the season
Super Express	Most runs	The shortest wait the drop allows

How Long the Altar of Fangs Farm Takes

Luck decides the run count, so there is no fixed date. What you get instead is steady progress: updates after every session and a farm that never stops before the drop. The level 90 character needs no special gear, since the booster handles the clears. Piloted or Remote Control are available.

Buy The Writhing Brood and Complete the Set

Complete the serpent family with the Ruby Writhe mount boost, which hunts the Coiled Isle rares. If you want a season mount with no luck involved, the Preyhunter's Courser boost is a fixed currency purchase. Every other serpent, drake and cat we farm sits in the WoW mount boost catalog, sorted by source.
