From zero, expect up to about 4 weeks, because the weekly parts cannot be rushed. A character that already did the story and some weeks finishes earlier; the booster gives you a date after the first look at your achievement tab.

Between weekly sessions the character is yours to play. The booster logs in only at the times agreed in the order chat, so raids, keys or alts on the same account carry on as usual during the month.
