The WoW Alunira mount boost frees the storm bird of the Isle of Dorn for you. A booster farms the 10 Crackling Shards from elementals across the island, combines them into a Storm Vessel and breaks the barrier that holds Alunira. Work usually starts within 1 hour.

The card has no options: you pay for the shard farm, the Storm Vessel and the release of Alunira. Pick Piloted or Remote Control at checkout; Remote Control is a little more expensive.

Already holding some Crackling Shards? Tell the booster in the order chat so the farm starts from your current count.

What Is Alunira in WoW?

Alunira is a flying mount from The War Within: a large bird whose feathers carry the colours of the storm sky. It does not drop from a boss. Instead it sits on the Isle of Dorn behind a magical barrier, and only a Storm Vessel can break that shield.

The Storm Vessel is made from 10 Crackling Shards. Those shards are rare drops from elementals spread over several parts of the island, from the coast to the mountains. Players love the mount for its look, and dread it for the farm.

What the Alunira Boost Covers

1. The booster hunts elementals in every area where Crackling Shards drop.
2. When 10 shards are in the bags, they are combined into a Storm Vessel.
3. The booster flies to Alunira, uses the vessel on the barrier and learns the mount.
4. You get a screenshot of Alunira in your collection.

Everything the elementals drop on the way stays with your character. Because the shards come from several regions of the Isle of Dorn, a solo player often ends up circling the same spots for hours while others take the spawns. The Alunira boost removes that part: the booster rotates between areas and keeps the kill rate high until the tenth shard drops.

How Long the Alunira Carry Takes

The shard drop is low, and you need ten of them, so the farm is measured in days rather than hours. The booster spreads the hunt over all spawn areas to avoid waiting on one camp. Your exact time depends on luck and on how many shards you already have.

Your starting point	What remains
No shards	Full 10-shard farm, vessel, release
Some shards	Only the missing shards, then the vessel
Storm Vessel ready	Just the barrier and the mount

The order runs Piloted or by Remote Control; a booster is usually assigned within 15 minutes. For other mounts from the same expansion, see the Cyan Glowmite renown boost and the Ferocious Jawcrawler carry. The whole range is on the WoW mounts page.

FAQ

When can you start the Alunira farm?

Usually within 1 hour. The booster is assigned in about 15 minutes and starts on the elementals right away.

How long does the Alunira boost take?

Usually a few days, because Crackling Shards drop rarely and 10 are needed. Shards you already own shorten it.

Do I need to be online?

No. With Piloted or Remote Control the booster plays the farm; you only follow updates in the order chat.

Is Alunira a flying mount?

Yes. Once learned, Alunira can be used in the air like your other flying mounts.
