Two loot rules are already in the base order: Armor and Token priority and Full Priority. Group Loot and Unsaved Group Loot cost extra. On a priority rule, unsaved boosters are the main price lever: 10, 15, 20 or 26 ppl, each step more expensive and each adding items you can win.

For players who already cleared Normal, this is the step where the lair keeps paying: every Hero-track piece can be upgraded further, and one kill a week costs only half an hour.

Why Heroic Is the Sweet Spot for a Main

Normal's 292 pieces stop upgrading a raiding main within a few weeks, while Mythic asks for gear most characters do not have yet. Heroic sits between them: loot that slots straight into a working setup, a Vault row worth planning around, and a fight our rosters clear without wipes. A standing Heroic order, one kill per reset, turns the lair into a quiet gearing source while your raid nights go elsewhere.

Unsaved boosters are characters without a lockout who roll on loot and trade what they win to you. More of them means more Hero-track pieces from the same kill, which is useful when you need tier tokens and a trinket in one week.

How Long the Heroic Tidebound Grotto Boost Takes

The kill takes about 30 minutes. With Self Play you stay online and get a summon to Nymrissa, with no travel and no trash; Piloted and Remote Control let a booster play while you do something else.
