Leveling in TBC Anniversary is the climb from level 1 to the cap of 70, and the last 12 levels happen in Outland. Through the Dark Portal you land in Hellfire Peninsula at 58, move on through Zangarmarsh and Terokkar Forest, and finish in zones like Nagrand and Shadowmoon Valley.

The pre-patch cut the XP needed for levels 20 to 60, so the old world goes faster than in original The Burning Crusade. Outland is still a long road for a second or third character. That is where most buyers of a TBC leveling boost come in.
