What Are Tier Sets in TBC?

Tier sets are class-specific armor sets built from tokens that drop off raid bosses. In TBC there are three raid tiers, each tied to its own raids and item level: Tier 4 at 120, Tier 5 at 133, and Tier 6 at 146.
