A Raven's Reflection has exactly one source: a finished Simulacrum. Delirium fog in a map can build up to full Deliriousness, and then the map becomes a Simulacrum. A Simulacrum fragment does the same to a map that already got that far. Clear the 7th wave and one Reflection drops.

Good to know: behind every Raven Trickster attempt sits a whole Simulacrum, all 7 waves of it. That is the real price of a wipe, and it is why people would rather buy the kill than practise.
