PoE 2 Palm of the Dreamer is a corrupted Shrine Sceptre that adds chaos damage to you and your allies, and we hand it to your character by trade. You choose one of 5 leagues. The trade invite goes out as soon as a booster takes the order.

What Is Palm of the Dreamer in Path of Exile 2?

Palm of the Dreamer is a unique sceptre on the Shrine Sceptre base that gives chaos damage to you and to your allies. It needs level 65. Sceptres are the usual weapon of minion and aura characters, so the bonus spreads across your summons or your party.

The odd part is how it comes into the game. No monster drops it. You get one only by corrupting a Guiding Palm of the Heart, the Eye or the Mind and landing the rare result. Most corruptions turn the Palm into something else.

Why Every Copy Is Already Corrupted

Every Palm of the Dreamer in trade is corrupted, because corruption is the only way it exists. That has a practical side for you. Nothing else needs doing to the sceptre after the trade.

Players who try it themselves burn one Guiding Palm per attempt. Each miss means hunting another base and corrupting again. Buying the finished sceptre skips that loop, and your orbs stay in your stash for armour and jewels.

After you buy Palm of the Dreamer, the best-rated booster is assigned, usually within 15 minutes, and invites your character to trade. You accept the window, check the sceptre and confirm the order. Express delivery only changes your place in the queue.

Good to know: a corrupted item ignores further crafting, so do not plan to add mods later. What you see in the trade window is the sceptre you keep.
