WoW Forever Hide of the Wild Boost

What You Get

• One Hide of the Wild cloak
• Delivery to your character through in-game mail
• Updates from the booster in the order chat
• A screenshot of the mail as proof

Before We Start

• Region, faction and the exact character name
• Level 57 to wear the cloak

The WoW Forever Hide of the Wild boost delivers the Leatherworking cloak that healers wear from level 57 up to the raids. A booster with the pattern crafts it and mails it to your character. You share the region, faction and exact name, and that is the whole setup.

Pick your Faction, Alliance or Horde, and that's it for the calculator. It's a BoE cloak. The booster makes it on one of his own characters on your side of the war and mails it over.

One thing people get wrong: the name. Copy it from the character screen, special letters and all. For leather or plate pieces that sit next to it on a healer, look at the WoW Forever items farm list.

What Is Hide of the Wild in WoW Forever?

Hide of the Wild is a back slot item made with Leatherworking. It has 48 armor, +8 Stamina and +10 Intellect, plus a big healing bonus. WoW Forever changed one line: the Hide of the Wild tooltip now also adds damage to spells, up to 14, on top of the up to 42 healing.

So a Priest, Druid, Paladin or Shaman healer still gets the main use out of it. A hybrid who heals in raid and does quests as a caster gets a little more than before.

Why Healers Buy the Cloak Instead of Crafting

Most players buy Hide of the Wild because making it is a long chain of steps. The recipe, Pattern: Hide of the Wild, has to be found first. Leatherworking needs to be maxed. The materials are endgame ones.

A healer at 57 usually has other plans for that week. Gold, consumables, the first dungeon sets. Paying a crafter who already has the pattern skips all of it, and the cloak shows up in your mailbox.

If you'd still like to make your own later, the WoW Forever Leatherworking boost takes the profession up for you.

Hide of the Wild Boost: Step by Step

Step	Who	What happens
Order and faction	You	Pay and tell us Alliance or Horde
Assignment	FrostyBoost	The best-rated booster takes it, often within 15 minutes
Crafting	Booster	Gathers the materials and makes the cloak
Delivery	Booster	Mails it and posts a screenshot in the order chat

There is no Piloted or Remote Control part on a Hide of the Wild boost. Nobody touches your account, and you keep playing while the order is open.

Good to know: the materials are the slow part, not the crafting. That's why this card can take a while, and the booster keeps you posted in the order chat while he collects them.

Gear That Goes With It

The cloak is one slot. A full healer setup for the first raids is in WoW Forever pre-raid gear, and the crafting materials farm helps if you want to make your own items. You can buy Hide of the Wild and those services in separate orders.

FAQ

Is the Hide of the Wild boost done on my account?

No. The Hide of the Wild boost is mail delivery only. The booster crafts the cloak on his own character and sends it to the name you give us.

How long does the Hide of the Wild boost take?

The Hide of the Wild boost takes longer than most item cards, because the crafter has to collect endgame materials first. He tells you the expected date in the order chat when he starts.

Did WoW Forever change Hide of the Wild?

Yes, a little. WoW Forever's Hide of the Wild keeps the healing and adds up to 14 spell damage. Armor, Stamina and Intellect stay the same as in Classic.

Can I order Hide of the Wild for a character below 57?

You can. The Hide of the Wild cloak waits in the mailbox or your bags until the character reaches 57 and can equip it.
